Shipping Policy

Our team works hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress. Shipping times vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that once an order has been handed over to the carrier, transit times and delivery schedules are outside our control, though we will always assist you in resolving any issues. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can work with the carrier to find a solution.
